strength of schedule...

Out of 119 teams, louisville and west virginia rank 118 and 119 in strength of schedule, respectively. I don't know the details of the bcs ranking system - maybe someone can give the details - but I do know they either greatly diminished the importance of, or even completely removed strength of schedule from the equation when they tweaked it a couple years ago. Why would they *remove* available data to help make the decision?!? Seems the more data you have available the more informed your decision will be, especially when trying to keep bias out
