- An object used for vaginal hygeine.
- A person that is a total moron and doesn't think before he/she speaks or acts.
- One with an undescribeable idiocy, hence stupidity, poor idea of what's cool, possibly an arrogance about them.
- One with an intolerable personality.
If it looks like a douche bag, talks like a douche bag, and acts like a douche bag on numerous occasions, it's probably a douche bag.
