PrintHoosier Head Coach Terry Hoeppner, who gained the respect of every football fan out there by coaching just a few days after brain surgery to remove a tumor, has succumbed to cancer. He had announced a few days ago that he would not be coaching the Hoosiers this season in order to focus on recovery from a second surgery. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and players.

I am sure his family, friends and team are proud of him for fighting as well as he could.
