If you take Greek and Roman Mythology with Dr. Summers (I think it's CL 222), you will find out that he does a ritual sacrifice against the opposing team each week.  For instance, when we played Southern Miss one year, he burned a jar of Golden Eagle syrup.  He then has the class chant Volvere Aestus Volvere, which is the closest thing in Latin to Roll Tide Roll.
