Acclaimed artist Daniel Moore announced today that he will be releasing a new print from this past weekend's win over Georgia, and the print will be entitled, "The Blackout."

There has not been any preliminary sketch released yet, and there has also been no announcement regarding the exact subject matter of the painting. Any ideas on what you would like to see?

Julio's catch.

Or either a pic of the score board with the empty stadium except for the fans dressed in white. and the players coming on to the field. There was never really a defining play that changed the outcome bc we lead comfortably (except when it was a 2 score game) the whole time.

Auburn fans are like slinkys... not really good for anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

A field level view...

…your perspective is as a Georgia ball-carrier, Terrence Cody is falling on you, blocking out everything.

Release it just in time for Halloween.

I would like to see

There was a UGA fan

they showed several times on TV that night who was painted all in black with some weird designs on his face. Early in the game he was confident, mocking the camera and looked like he was talking big about his team. As the night wore on they panned back to him a couple of more times and he at first looked worried, and then had his hands on his head in utter disbelief. I’d like to see a three-part painting of that guy getting more and more panicked, and in the back of the three sections of the painting, have the scoreboard changing scores. As a nice touch, even though it wasn’t the case, surround the guy in the painting with white jerseys.

Seriously...

…the photo OTS posted of Stafford getting rocked by Eryk Anders would be perfect for a ‘Blackout’.

Thanks...

…and considering the impact each of these players had Saturday, it’s fitting. Roll Tide.

After that play . . .

my Bulldog friend — who was at the game — got a simple, yet poignant, text from me: “Julio’d. Roll Tide Roll.” I have friends that went to UT, LSU, Miss State and Auburn. I’m just going to forward that same text over and over the rest of this season.

Well...

So in other words, it took Julio all of four and one-half games in order to make Daniel Moore get out the paint brushes.

If that’s not living up to the hype, I don’t know what is.

Trying to decide if I should buy it

probably not but may anyway. Only have one full size DM painting, and that is the one with Gene Stallings in 1992
