Rest easy everyone the game next saturday will be on espn the 7:45 slot so no vern or gary to have to struggle through. I just hope we can get things together on our team and go out and beat them just like last year or worse. LSU will be on cbs playing Georgia @ 2:30 so lsu should have two losses after next weekend. for mentioning that about the commentators. I was thinking for a while that I was the only one who couldn’t stand Gary Danielson. Verne doesn’t erk me as much as Gary. But Gary seems like he just hates Alabama and would like nothing more than for us to lose. Maybe it’s just me? It would be fine with me if I never had to hear Gary’s voice again.

Gary is out to get Bama...

Not really, but you can almost see the grimmace on his face when he is forced to say something positive about Alabama. I mean, they gave the player of the game award to Sneed! What?!?! Something that suprised the heck out of me is that Gary said that Alabama is the most complete team he’s seen this season. Then he went back to bashing, and saying that Ole Miss’ D was dominating Bama, even without Hardy.

Which brings up another point. Nutt put in Hardy very sparingly because he was in OBVIOUS pain, limping and whatnot. But he still beat Drew Davis every time he was out there and put a hit on JPW every time he was out there. That’s rediculous that you can’t block an injured Hardy. He must just be a beast…

I live here in Tennessee, acutally just over an hour west from that shit hole. All season means nothing to me as of Today, all that matters is that we show up on staurday and beat them. Since 98 all i have heard is how tennessee is the better team/college/blah blah blah horse shit, this game means alot to me. Everyone knows that my blood is crimson and my bones are white and those rednecks bleeding orange need to see a damn Dr.

This is the first of 3 weeks that give me goosebumps starting the minute the game before them is over.

slight correction. Those folks that bleed orange are hillbillies. A very different breed from your run of the mill redneck. Some of my best friends are in fact pretty red, but hillbillies freak me out.

Is anyone else nervous?

I sure am. I know it was MSU, but UT did look a lot better this past week. That was the 2nd most points they had scored all year and the 2nd most that MSU had given up all year. Im not saying im scared but im not exactly beaming with confidence. I just hope some of these 2nd half let downs don’t start to get to this team. The players looked excited after the game but not extactic…..

Anyone else have a concern?
