Getting pumped for the game.

I know from everyone's random tens that we all have a large variety of music tastes. I was wondering what songs get you pumped to watch the game. If you're lame like me and like to get to pumped for the games, haha.

Mine are as follows-

Becoming the Archetype-The Epigone (mainly because of this one part where it's like THERE IS NO OPPOSITION, NOTHING CAN STAND IN YOUR WAY")

Haste the Day-When Everything Falls (It's got a sweeet chorus that's like "I will stand, I will stand when everyone falls away, i will fight this war forever til the day i die")

Maylene and the Sons of Disaster-Raised By the Tide (I've always thought this would be a great song to make one of those highlight videos to, not to mention the name is pretty relevant to all of us bama fans)

FanPosts are just that; posts created by the fans. They are in no way indicative of the opinions of SBN and the authors of Roll Bama Roll.

I keep it simple...

For immediate gameday it’s that video from YouTube called ‘The Tradition’. Pre-kickoff gets a loud shout of Bama Anthem and Yea Alabama. Why on earth would you need anything else?

The tradition video

makes me want to single handedly attack hell with a water pistol.

NG

I love it. That is a good one.

Auburn fans are like slinkys... not really good for anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Something to thrash to

As long as they are going to pipe in music at BDS, I would enjoy hearing Blur’s ’90s classic “Song 2.” It would be kickass to hear 90,000 Bama fans doing the wee hoo chorus.

"BINGO! That was a goodie." Coach Bryant

Hell yes!

If you live in the south, and are proud, you’ve GOT to love maylene’s sound. plus they are hometown boys so i respect that too.

Pumped

The song that gets me pumped before we play is simply Yea Alabama of course.

But I get more pumped listening to Coach Bryant quotes. Sometimes I feel like I can walk thru a wall after hearing that man speak. Take a listen: http://www.rolltidebama.com

I wouldn't piss off the boys from Alabama . . .

Not a song, but ...

When I was going to school in T-town, me and my buddy used to watch the first half (the boot camp segment) of “Full Metal Jacket” to get fired up before going to a game, going to the bar, whatever.

“Holy sheep shit! Can I be in charge for a minute?! … Well, thank you very much!”
