mea culpa
I extend my sincerest apologies with respect to the now-deleted post regarding Auburn University. I do not regret the sentiments, at all, and not one bit...merely the vitriole, the language and the overall character. I'm better than that, honestly. Not that it's defensible, but if you had your daughter being threatened since she entered school, by the mere virtue of her last name, you would be aggravated to high heaven as well; if you had to physically move your family, because of a football game, a football team, and, ostensibly, the fans of said team; if you had to forego a land line because of death threats at all hours; if your wife had to change her name because of the above, then, yes, you might be a little angry too.
The on-field stuff I love, and I love to yammer about it. The extraneous crap is unwarranted, unmerited and not okay. So, I am sorry...and this is not an "apology-non apology", this is contrition.
FanPosts are just that; posts created by the fans. They are in no way indicative of the opinions of SBN and the authors of Roll Bama Roll.

I should have also said
“if you have had any of the above, then Bill Curry would like to buy you a drink”. Dark Humor. But we can be just as irresponsible as others.

Have read your past couple of Friday admissions,
I have to say, you’re probably not better than that.
Just kidding.
Seriously, I only skimmed your post before it was gone, but from what you’re describing, I’d be pretty steamed too. I wasn’t offended by the language, but if some were I think it’s pretty stand up of you to respect that and apologize for it.

actually,
I’m probably NOT better than that….when watching Kareem Jackson flail around helplessly on the post-corner route or deep fades. He’s good for two blown coverages per game on those routes. To his credit, he manned up this past week against the Dawgs (lite).

I read each of the links embedded, and felt your anger was justified.
I wasn’t offended by your post, but it isn’t really easy to offend me. I am argumentative, but not easily offended. As a matter of fact, each time I tried to post it came out as sympathy for YOU, not hate for AU. That just didn’t fit the theme for the week, so I let it go.
Really cool of you to appologize to the people who felt offended. I hope they appreciate it.
Stuck in the Plains...
It was NOT my intention for you to take down the hate post. It would have been great with just a little editing. You post here a lot and I’ve always liked what you posted. You had done a lot of work linking the reasons for your hatred and it certainly was validated over and over. We all have our reasons for hating the Aubarn lowlifes and I have not been through nearly the amount of hell you have. I understand where you were coming from. It shows a lot of character to offer a mea culpa and I thank you. We still need to keep the hate rolling toward the Nov 29th confrontation.
"I hate everything orange"
It's all about Crimson - ROLL TIDE!!!
yeah man
Take out the f-bombs and it probably doesn’t get deleted….
When you are an Alabama fan you have to hate Auburn, I hate Tennessee because i want to.
I deleted it voluntarily.
Let me say, in the defense of the public forum, that I removed it myself. It wasn’t proper, it wasn’t right, and I felt bad about it. That wasn’t Todd or Nico or OTS’s actions.
