Oklahoma, it is.
Fox just announced the BCS Standings, and here they are.
1) Bama
2) Oklahoma
3) Texas -.013
4) Florida
5) USC
6) Utah
7) Texas Tech
8) Penn State
9) Boise State
10) Ohio State
Oklahoma vs. Missouri in the Big XII Championship, but I think Texas goes to the MNC game if Missouri wins. Bama vs. Florida in the SEC Championship. Winner's in, loser's out.
Can USC, Utah, or Texas Tech jump Texas if Oklahoma loses?

USC...
…yes, unfortunately, although it’s not a given by any means. Utah and Tech are out of the conversation. USC probably won’t pass Texas either, but after watching Sagarin jump OU from 1st to 4th, anything can happen. If we’re gonna keep this ‘system’, the computer boys are gonna have to reveal how they crunch their numbers.

Only valid argument for USC over Texas...
…in the event of a Mizzou win over OU would be that at least USC won their conference (assuming they beat 4-7 UCLA.) Isn’t the Big 12 the only conference to send a team that didn’t win the conference to the title game?

I have a hard time taking that argument seriously.
If we’re going by the “conference winner” argument, why not Utah? They won their conference (and went undefeated to boot). The MWC was as good (arguably better) this year than the PAC-10. They have 1 win against the Top 10, 3 against the Top 30—the same numbers as USC—according to Sagarin. I find no credible argument in USC’s favor that can’t be topped by an argument for Utah.
As far as the Big 12/title game. The Big 12 once sent a team that didn’t win its DIVISION (Nebraska 2001), same as Texas.
