I was just reading the post about the simple signs 36 - 0 on the way to Opelika. (squinky86) Then a comment about checking out the pricing on billboards. (bamavicki) And then SugarBowl93's comment about donating something so signs can go up for the FL game. I don't kow how quickly a billboard can go up, but I think it is a great idea. With the number of people I've seen in the 2 days since finding this site, I'm sure we can do something.

Billboards are for children who need to yell louder and louder because no one listens to them.

Everyone knows who has the most SEC crowns, everyone knows who has 12. These are not facts we even need to state regularly, they know, and knowing that they know is good enough for me.

Are you thinking about the La Monroe one?

It was awful for us, but I thought it was an inspired idea. What can you say? We lost to them which meant we were fair game.

I know, I know!

I get crazy about that! Fundraising is one area I am DEFINITELY NO FUN! Just ignore me, especially this time of year when I am dealing with so many people in need. It’s just that I think of what I could do with 10K and then I think of it on a billboard and I go a little overboard…..I let philanthropy and play collide!!! (that is what I thought was classless about it) Really, carry on. Pretend I didn’t say anything!

i can do alot with 10 grand

reniew my tickets, buy a years worth of george dickel, take a vacation, down payment on a new acura, pay off the one i have, give 10,000 homeless ppl a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds, buy 20,000 apple pies from hardees, or donate it to a church…..

since i'm stuck in the midwest...

i was unaware of the LSU billboard. would have been nice tho cuz it would help increase (or at least bring to the forefront) RBR readership. I didn’t know about this site until I was looking for a leather bama jacket for my fiance.
