My Valentine's Gift To You, RBR Reader...

...is a brand new sweetheart, Ms. Brittany Snow.

It's been a controversial week or so, but our long, national nightmare is over. All hail the Snow.

And never let it be said that Todd isn't sensitive to a woman's needs. Valentine's beefcake for the ladies after the jump.

Star-divide

You're welcome.

Still boycotting...she looks like
a slightly more sober version of Tera Reid.

agreed
this election was almost embarrassing for democracy. someone was pulling some strings somewhere for The Snow to actually defeat rachel bilson in a straight election. mcphee will be missed.

You say that...
...like it's a bad thing.

by Todd on Feb 14, 2008 9:24 AM CST up reply actions   0 recs

Well, the only bad thing is
that I think I need an STD shot by just looking at TR and if I took her home to meet the parents there is at least a 50/50 chance she vomits on a family member.

The flipside of that is I could get it on without even trying, and I wouldn't have to talk to her too much (passed out from alky-hall)

Beefcake
Even though Hank, Jr is supposedly your mirror image, Todd, sorry he just doesn't do it for me.  Nice thought, but we must need a contest.  Now there's a unique idea.

After this fiasco...
...contests are forever banned from Roll Bama Roll.  If the 7% of you ladies that read this blog want to get together over in the diaries and select some beefcake to post, go right ahead.

from McPhee to Snow
is a MAJOR drop in quality. Major.

Brittany dazzles
And sizzles

And . . . one of 'em just WINKED at me I think? (the uninflated one, that is)

And Jr? Some dudes have a "highway to heaven" (medical term: linea negra- black patch of hair going vertical from chest down through belly-button on down to his man-bits. if you're pickin' up what I'm putting down?), but Hanky-pooh has a MARSH ! Is that man's belly full of hair fuzz or what?

Congratulations Todd
You've given new meaning to the term "Snowjob."

by Lawboy on Feb 14, 2008 11:15 AM CST reply actions   0 recs

Oh for the love of...
I give you my honest word that no shenanigans went on in the selection of Snow.  I promise you that in each match she won fair and square with no vote tampering or me going to any Snow websites or message boards to get people to come vote for her.  I swear, next year I'm letting Nico name whatever obscure Indian singer he's hotting for that week the sweetheart, and then you ingrates will see how good you had it. (j/k!  bff!)

by Todd on Feb 14, 2008 11:40 AM CST up reply actions   0 recs

So maybe there was no shenanigans.
But what about mischief, high jinks, diabolicalness, monkeyshines, antics, mudslinging, propaganda or tomfoolery?  I see you made no mention of those.

Well, enough of the sour grapes.  She's far too cute to dislike.  In fact, she's probably the very  embodiment of "sweetheart."  And in time, perhaps, a worthy successor to McPhee

However, I would like to offer up the one, true, fair system for future elections, be it for RBR Sweetheart or President: the Hot or Not Method -- http://www.salon.com/books/review/2008/02/12/gaming_vote/

I'm gonna pistol whip the next person...
I know you like Snow.  It's all good.

May I suggest we go with weekly or monthly sweethearts, epsecially during Fball season?  Then Nico's hot Indian singer attraction can be realized during Georgia week.  {I can't complain, I am hot for Rosario Dawson - like a drunk pirate at a parrot porn convention - Aye!}

No, no
That'd be like QB by committee - it rarely works. Once you pick a horse you stick with it.

In keeping with the "pirate theme"
Some of those Bollywood-babes are YARS !!
Here in LA, we've got a channel on Saturday afternoons called, "Namaste' America" and it's 2 straight hours of friggin' fine foreign females from sub-continental India and when not doing anything else, I'M WATCHING THE WHOLE LAZY DAY super-sweet looking hotties dancing around in the most un-Michael Jackson-esque music-videos. The dudes are, well. . .how shall I write this? TOTAL DOOFUSES. But the women? The women.

BOI-NNNNNG!

(hey Nico, lately. . . .I've been into Indian chicks too)

I imagine there are...
...quite a few Persian hotties in LA that'll turn your head as well.

MAD-SCADS OF 'EM
and that's just in Beverly Hills.

Here in Santa Monica, near Venice Beach where I live- you can't get to the next block without running into one flavorful spice or another. I'm dating a half Iranian/half Swedish beauty named Nazanin (pronounced: Nah-zah-neen) and she's a four-alarm fire. Take what you will with that. Boy howdy! Thank God I speak German. That's half my charm with her. Otherwise, WHAT THE HELL IS SHE DOING WITH ME?

Get yourself out here Nico. You'll be in Nico-heaven if Indian/Persian-fever persists in you. A trip to Los Angeles is both the poison AND the remedy.

I might...
...be going to LA in June for the United State soccer team's first World Cup Qualifying game (against the winner of Dominica vs. Barbados.)

If I do, we should hang out.

Come on over!
I've got a brand new couch, shitty TV, premium beerses in my fridge 24-7, and lotsa Scotch! Not really "into" interior design (as it were) unless you think Vargas pin-up posters, and real artwork (several friends of mine are somewhat famous) scattered about a fairly clean 2-bedroom is stylish?
(chairs. chairs are all I need to make the place look "just right". just kidding. but not really)

I've got no plans for June, some family from NorCal will be visiting sometime throughout the summer. They usually always do, but nothing else major. Lemme know.

BTW: not much Tide-rollers here in Santa Monica. This community is either Bruin or Trojan. They peacefully coexist, but no one has the slightest IDEA of what being a highly partisan fan of a sport's team is. Especially as it applies to SEC sports! And there are people on the streets wearing Nebraska, Penn State, Georgia, and the ubiquitous Harvard sweatshirts around town almost everyday. 2 of my good friends with Bama ties live way the f_ck out in Riverside and Lake Forest respectively. I may be the only one here in SM.

I will say if there has ever
been a reason needed to NOT be gay, Hank Jr. shirtless gives us that reason.

Well damn
I will embrace her as my RBR sweetheart, but "Friday Snow" just has no ring to it. "Saturday Snow" is audibly pleasing, but thats just not right. You're going to have to think of something clever by tomorrow. "Happy Snow Day" maybe? You can't go wrong with weather puns.

Whatever day it is
it should always be called the "[day] snowjob"
