Danny Federici, died yesterday? I was actually supposed to go to a concert this weekend in Orlando, but it's been postponed and/or cancelled.

Just like my day has played out. Started with the blues, was comforted by Futility- fell into and then immediately out-of love with a beautiful barista from Outer Space (seriously, I kinda DID feel like Capt. Kirk for about 40 min), got the blues AGAIN. . . then I commenced to laugh in the face of my Forlorn Friday and got rockin' after lunchtime and sheeeesh! I dunno? It's already 3:40 pm for me and I've been getting down with my raver self- then getting back up again to do it all over again. Still mixing in some "High Voltage" with "Electric Cafe" (Kraftwerk). A Leadbelly and/or Ray Charles jam here and there for good measure!

I thought my weak-ass sound system was gonna punish me? Haven't heard any Cracker in a LOOOONG time. Nor the Lemonheads. I thought I was on my way to enjoying a Friday bout of ennui? (no biggie, I was smiling the entire time. like a chesire cat)

I'm trippin' right now (figuratively)

Bear with me on this, I implore you. You see, today has dealt me a Groundhog Day of people that:

broke up with me last night, and the yelling is deafening.
think I owe them money, otherwise- why all the bitching!

It's been an insane gamut too! Co-workers, valet attendants, food service workers, patients, patient's loved ones, subordinates, and MY TRUCK!

Anyway- I haven't perused ANYTHING on RBR at all today. When I posted my Random 10, I went straight to "Post Comment" without seeing what anyone else had put up already. Which is unusual, because I'm here at RBR at @10AM on a DAILY BASIS, and I reading EVERYTHING from EVERYBODY. So, AFTER I posted my 10, I decided to see what everyone else put up for theirs.

tristarcorp and nico already had Cracker and The Lemonheads respectively in their mix. I couldn't believe it. And I still don't.

This place is COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
