Inappropriate Ogling: 2009 Alabama Recruiting - Defensive Line

With the news of William Ming's commitment, it seemed right to continue the "inappropriate ogling" with the defensive line. A quick programming note, though: I fiddled with the recruiting widget some more and moved it over to the right hand side of the blog below "fanshots" and "featured posts." It's a little out of the way, but it does provide a wider area to work with and I like the new format better. Let me know what you think. (ed- Nico2.0 just pointed out it looks jacked up in Firefox, so I'll have to do some more fiddling tonight to try and get it to line up like it does in IE.) Also, DJ Fluker's info can be found with the o-line since he's likely to wind up at OT instead of DT.

Waiting on grades

He’s definitely good enough of a player to merit an offer from LSU, but right now he is reportedly playing catch-up on his grades. If he gets close, he’ll get an offer from us.

Sentimore has no offer from LSU, and I don’t expect much out of him on our end. Either he won’t get his grades together and it won’t matter, or he’ll get them together and head to LSU.

The only way he’s coming here is if LSU pisses him off by not offering, then he gets his grades together and spurns them for us. That sort of thing does happen from time-to-time - that was the case with former Auburn fullback Brandon Johnson, for example - but I wouldn’t be banking on it.
