| The idea of viscious vituperation by the UCF coaching staff towards what players described as a "visibly struggling, gasping for breath and staggering" Ereck Plancher just before his fatal collapse is a sickening thought, and I agree that every program in the country should have their practice procedures scrutinized in order to make sure such avoidable tragedies never happen again. |

It's just a game
I am really not one to say this often. I think I almost have a heart attack in all of our close games and my blood pressure is definitely dangerously elevated most every Saturday we play. Ultimately football is just a game and it is sad when things get out of hand, especially when someone loses their life (and this is not the first or the last time unfortunately).
I wouldn't piss off the boys from Alabama . . .
