I...

can’t wait!!

For some reason I’m confident about this game. Hopefully it’s not a false sense of confidence.

Holt, feel it too...

TC up front, speed on the edges to contain Thunder and Lightning, four new olinemen for the Tigers, and 10 returning starters for the Bama O with the benefit of running a new system. It’s going to be one helluva’ game. A very very close game.

RTR!

It's a great day

I too feel confident about the game. With basically the entire team having bought into what Saban is trying to do I feel like we have a good chance. Like Stuck in the Plains said, they will have four new Olinemen. I can’t wait to see Cody in action.

I'm pumped!

I’ve got the feeling that if we can get off to a good start (think Gators, ‘05) we can take this thing! As much as I look forward to next year and 2010 when we will know so much more about who we’ve got coming back, it’s also exciting not knowing exactly what we’ve got, but knowing it could be absolutely great. Game time can’t be here soon enough!

Living in Iowa...

Getting the craptacular Big 10 Network. Just saw Pryor. Kid is the real deal…Beanie Wells got hurt a bit ago too. I’m watching him on the sidelines. Foot’s taped, on crutches. Broken metatarsals? Tendonitis? He went down without contact which is NEVER a good sign.

Barbeque is steaming, brunswick stew is bubbling

White sauce is made, Crimson Tide flag is hung, and the Crimson Faithful out here in sunny Phoenix AZ will be gathering. I was on a plane, last week, with a GA Tech alum. He says the scuttlebutt round his town is Bama will outcoach Clemson. Either way, we have survived the drought….um the football drought that is.

BTW – who thought Utah would whup up on the Wolverines?? or what is up with V-Tech???

I think....

…Todd called both the Utah and VaTech games correctly. I thought Utah could beat Michigan, but I didn’t call the VaTech game.
