Question
Not related to this poll, but did Prince Hall play. I saw Higgenbothem(Spelling?) play and get beat up pretty good, but I don’t think I saw Hall.
FYI Todd
Saved By The Bell this morning was pretty kick ass, just throwing that out there
Hell, no! A tie is like kissing your sister!
I really like the PSU pick
That team is the class of the Big Televen. If they can get over the yearly bed-wetting against OSU, they’re Rose Bowl bound.
JoPa is like Rasputin: Every prediction of his imminent demise is met with a 10-11 win season.
Aubie at 19 is a little specious though, especially considering ASU immediately above them lost at home to UNLV

Looking at stats, really
I haven’t had a chance to watch them just yet. I have them that high because….well, reputation I guess, plus no one else that high (besides USC) has played anyone yet either.
I'll save you the suspense....LSU's QB's aren't RP.
And have you not seen OK play either. They have dominated in 3 games thus far. The only team that looks superior to them is USC. Even UGA has looked less than stellar in the last few weeks. OK an USC both look like the cream of the crop from here.
I agree with Florida being on top
I think they’’re offense is second to none, and their defense could at least slow USC down. I think florida is the only team who could compete with USC right now in all 3 phases.
Man they are fast.
No way
LSU is 3. More like 5-7.
Texas Tech at 7….really
I like us at 10 but would feel better at around the 13 spot
UGA is still a top 5 team, they just had a down week. cough cough Tulane cough cough
No way UF is better than USC. No freakin way. USC looks like an unbeatable team and NO ONE wants a piece of them this year.
Don't take life to seriously, you'll never get out alive.
USC can be beat
Every year they and Oklahoma come out gangbusters, look unbeatable, and then they brainfart along the way. Carroll and USC are like classic knockout punchers. They look great when everything is going their way, but that game is gonna come where Sanchez gets hit a few times, McKnight is bottled up, maybe the D is sluggish, something. Every year this happens and I see no reason to think it won’t happen again. At the very least, I think Georgia, Florida, and maybe LSU can definitely play with them because they can match them athlete for athlete.

And it is all we have so wait,
To hear my words and they're diamond sharp,
I can open it up and it's up and down."

agreed
until USC and oklahoma beat beat decent teams, then i am by no means elevating them to “untouchable like elliot ness” status. ok has crapped hte bed like 5 straight years in the BCS and USC has lost 5 conference games in the last 3 years, otherwise they would have lost two straight BCS championship games and everyone would be talking about how they lay an egg instead of OSU. USC doesn’t play a real quality opponent pretty much all year. they’ve got OSU (who sucks ass), ASU (who lost to UNLV), and oregon (who needed OT to get by purdue). last year their quality OOC opponent was Nebraska and we all know how that squad of “blackshirts” played, giving up around 70 points a game. and oklahoma? I’m not sold on them either. yeah they kicked the hell out of cincy and washington, but both those teams could wind up with less than 6 wins (washington is looking at 3 or 4 wins at best). I bet OK drops a game to either ok st. or tejas tech. and if there were a round robin between OK, USC, georgia, FLA, LSU, and BAMA none of the teams involved would be undefeated, and none would be winless, and i’d say USC, OK and BAMA would likely finish in the bottom half of that group.

two addendums
USC has lost 4 conference games in the last 2 years, and none the year prior. and OK might actually finish my proposed round robin completely winless…
