It looks as if Volunteer coach Philip Fulmer will not have to give a deposition this week. Here's the link: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3596038.

Personally, as much as I hate Fat Phil and would love to see him get his comeuppance (sp?), I wish all this crap could just wait until after football season. I wish we could just focus on football and not be distracted with this sordid story and we coud avoid thinking about that orange-clad fat ass any more than we have to.
