Alabama at Arkansas kickoff at 11:30 a.m. on Raycom
Get ready to shake off those Friday night induced hangovers bright and early as Alabama at Arkansas will kickoff at 11:30 a.m. on Raycom and ESPN Gameplan. I especially feel bad for our fans that are travelling to the game as that means you've either got to drive out on Friday night after work or leave SUPER early on Saturday morning to get there (or you could fly...)
The last two games against the Razorbacks have been insanely close:
2007: 41-38 (W)
2006: 23-24 (L)
Hopefully we can sort 'em out easier this year.

I may like some embarassing girly music...
…but that’s music for….uh….think kitties and you’ll know what I’m trying not to say.

I wasn't...
…insinuating that you liked it, you just occasionally unearth the most horrific stuff imaginable to “entertain” us with, so it was in that spirit that I posted it. I’d never even heard of the band or the song, but just searched “saturday morning” on the YouTubes and that’s the most craptastic thing it revealed.

Do you really...
…think I’d blow an embarrassing admission that big on a post about kickoff times against Arkansas? I’d save something that MASSIVE for the Friday admissions to the football gods before the Auburn game if I actually liked it.

No i believe
that the Auburn week we shall uncover some super repressed memories. It will fill so good to get some of this stuff off my chest…

True...
…but I at least like the “horrific” stuff I unearth. Maybe I shouldn’t admit that.

MASSIVE! CAPITAL!
Okay, I got hooked!
I’ve watched that ingenious Sandpiper YouTube video like 8 times now! Can you believe those guys can ALSO SING IN SPANISH? The “peacoat-look” on the Rocks off some Scottish coastal cliffs looked like the SAME “peacoat-look” on the boat in the harbor! Sick-ass cover graphics, nice bodacious ta-tas on some of those cover girls too, no?
I hate you Nico! Hate you.

Uber-torture!
Totally. Out. Of. ORDER! How could you do that? Actually . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . .nawwwww! Scratch that “actually”, I full-on lost my ken with that one.

That's fine
That sets up a hell of a day for Football. One of those times I’m happy not to go to the game.

that's a good thing to me...
that means it’ll be 630 or 730 out here in the desert and wit a bama win I can coast into the next games (UTvsFL, LSUvsAU) with a delightful high…

HD...
All Raycom broadcasts are now shot in HD, so it all depends on whether or not the local station that provides the Raycom broadcasts in your area broadcast an HD signal. Check with whoever the local provider is, and you’ll know.
The Florida v. Hawai’i game in the opening weekend was in HD, and I thought it looked really good. The commentary was still bad, but the picture quality was as good as you’ll find anywhere.

I actually...
I actually kind of like the early kick-off time a bit. It never hurts to have a dead crowd, and with the early kick-off combined with the way that Arkansas has struggled so far — and the fact that Texas should shell them this weekend — that place should be quite as can be. I think you all know my opinion on home field advantage, but nevertheless it cannot hurt. And though Arkansas isn’t very good, they’ve always given us hell in Fayetteville, so you never know.
I know it makes it tough for the Tide fans trying to get to the game, but that’s going to be a tough trip regardless. Fayetteville is just so far away relative to the rest of the conference, that’s always going to be a rough road trip regardless of the time. You need a hotel for Friday night now, but honestly you would have needed one for Saturday night had there been a night kick-off.
