D'oh! The RBR Friday Random Ten is Forgetful
If by "RBR Friday Random Ten" I mean "me" (which would actually make it "me is forgetful" but whatever). Quickly:
- Gin Blossoms - Lost Horizons - New Miserable Experience
- Bruce Springsteen - Mary Lou - Tracks
- Silvertide - Devil's Daughter - Show and Tell
- Social Distortion - Pleasure Seeker - White Light White Heat White Trash
- CCR - Who'll Stop the Rain - Chronicle, Vol. 1
- Wu-Tan Clan - Clan in da Front - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
- Ernest Tubb - Walking the Floor Over You - Best of Ernest Tubb
- Def Leppard - No Matter What - Rock of Ages
- Merle Haggard - Shackles and Chains - The Peer Sessions '02
- REO Speedwagon - Keep on Loving You - REO Speedwagon
Weirdly random, by which I mean there are only two (three tops) songs on there that I would actually seek out to listen to. Me don't like. This me do:

I know a lot of people...
…disagree, but I actually like them better as they’ve gotten more popular and bigger. Their sound has gotten a lot harder/edgier than in the old days when it was more trippy. Their use of electronics is more sophisticated these days. I loved seeing them “back in the day” as well, but I hear a lot of folks lament their new direction and I think they just keep getting better and better.
holy sh*t..
sorry but there’s just no other way to word my reaction to this video on the front page. bamavicki is travelling to pick me up (because REAL fans also go to the SENIOR BOWL) and since mobile posting is not available (yet???) cannot comment. stay tuned folks – expect a dissertation on waylon (her man).
