Paul Warford will not be able to go this week. He gave it a go, but can't plant and drive on that quad. Jeffries will be limited as well.
That comes directly from the Twitter page of Kentucky head coach Rich Brooks.
Injuries have hit the 'Cats pretty hard, and these are two big losses. Paul Warford is a solid player and he starts opposite Trevard Lindley at cornerback. Likewise, the "Jeffries" is referring to starting right tackle Justin Jeffries, and even if he does play, it's clear he will not be 100% with an Achilles injury. Considering the offensive line is likely the strength of the Kentucky offense, that portends good things for us.
Not mentioned here are also injuries to starting linebackers Micah Johnson and Sam Maxwell. Per Glenn Logan of "A Sea of Blue" last night on the RBR Radio Hour, both of those guys were in walking boots as of yesterday with turf toe injuries. I think both will play, but clearly neither will be 100%.
All in all, it seems like injuries are hitting Kentucky pretty hard this week. This certainly does not hurt the Tide's chances this weekend, that much is certain.

Brooks has twitter?
He just doesn’t seem that with it, but I guess coaches have to appear to be relevant.
I doubt if all their injuries equal one Hightower as far as talent. Nevertheless, their injuries may hurt them more as we should have more depth than UK. Hope they all get well in time for Auburn.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
No doubt...
… they don’t have anyone like Hightower to replace, and Warford and Jeffries certainly do not count as much. However, again, like you said, teams with much less quality depth get hurt much harder by injuries.

Hightower
I totally agree that their injuries do not equal a Hightower. Along those lines, I thought I read thaty Deaderick might be ready to go Saturday. Any validity to that?
Deaderick...
… has played in every game this year, and he will play against Kentucky too.
He says he’s still not 100% just yet, but he’s getting really close.

Brooks has twitter...
…because his great-granddaughter set it up and runs it for him. I think this is her photo:

Don't be fooled
Brooks is hilarious……seriously.
First time I shot her, shot her in the side.
Hard to watch her suffer, but with the second shot she died...
I am relieved to know that Paul Warfield
will not play. We would have had our hands full with him.

MATRIX: Bennett, I thought you were--
BENNETT: Dead? You thought wrong. Ever since you had me thrown out of the unit, I've been waiting to pay you back. Do you know what today is, Matrix? Payday.
I don't know the
dude has to be in his 60’s by now.

What?
Paul Warfield in his 60’s? And I guess you’re probably going to tell me that Coach Bryant is dead. Uh, huh. I was born at night, just not last night, my friend. You’ve got to get up pretty early in the morning to pull one over on Bamagrad.

Not only does he have a twitter feed
but it’s providing Orson with some great material.
