Lots of rumors all week that we were trying to petition the NCAA to get Jerrell Harris to play today. I don’t know how credible those rumors were in the first place, but now the consensus of the rumor mill is that Harris will not play today regardless.
Expect to see lots of Chris Jordan, Nico Johnson, and probably Tana Patrick today.

However I do
believe this Ole Miss defensive line will be the best we face all season even better than Florida I believe. The Ole Miss defense only gave up 11 points a game coming into this game so they are stout but still we should be able to score from the 5 yard line.

The only way that makes sense is if your running game is complete and total shit, and when your backs combined for 18 carries for 115 yards, that’s obviously not the case.

perhaps we should keep in mind the number of INTs he’s tossed. he’s under a lot of pressure, he’s made questionable decisions but he’s not suddenly turned into crompton or anything. if our offensive line can get their shit together and buy him a little more time, you are going to see some serious fireworks in the second half.

My dad coached Steve Beuerlein as a sophomore in HS (Servite High in Anaheim, CA), he led them to an undefeated season, and SB credits him with convincing him to stick with football … he was a committed baseball player to that point.
