The Alabama-LSU game will be at 2:30 on Nov. 7 and televised by CBS, the network just announced.
This comes from Twitter page of Gentry Estes, and is about as shocking as the sun rising.
'Bama v. LSU is going to be a big one, plain and simple. I imagine it'll probably be #2 v. #8 or so, and I imagine ESPN Gameday will be in T'town too.

Remember when
said IDLE instead of ‘Bye’? The idle week will help us immensely as we prepare for LSU.

BENNETT: Dead? You thought wrong. Ever since you had me thrown out of the unit, I've been waiting to pay you back. Do you know what today is, Matrix? Payday.
Probably won't get gameday
it’s not an ABC/ESPN product…I’m betting Ohio State-Penn State.

BYU/TCU was on Versus and ESPN Gameday was there, what say you?

ESPN Provo.com?
It looks like OSU and PSU will be around 12-15th in both polls. I don’t think we’ve had a Gameday B10 yet…this is probably their best shot (this or Iowa-OSU).

Gameday came to town..
For our match-up with the Gators, even though the game aired on CBS.
At the end of the day
Yes, but that's because His Tebowness was there :)

I'm saying this now,
The winner of Bama-LSU wins the SEC West.
LSU
Their last three conference games are Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Maybe last week was the turning point and LSU is a totally different team from here on out, but it seems completely unlikely that the team we saw earlier in the year wins all three of those games, and if they lose one they are not winning the SEC West.
Also...
…sort of lost in that Auburn game was LSU’s complete inability to run the ball again. Auburn was allowing 181 yards/game coming into that game, and LSU ran for all 122 yards, for a 3.8 average. Of those 122 yards, 71 yards were from one run by Russell Sheppard. So, on all other runs LSU averaged 1.66 yards an attempt.
I could be totally wrong, but there is no way that Jordan Jefferson carries that team on offense the rest of the season.
I'm completely unimpressed by Ole Miss or Arkansas at this point.
I think LSU COULD lose one of the two games. I don’t think they will, though.
Jefferson got hurt too, didn't he?

Not really...
… he got dinged up a bit on a late shot by Eltoro Freeman, but it didn’t look anything overly bad. I doubt he even had a minor concussion from it, and I’m sure he’ll be 100% when they come to town.

I understand your sarcasm,
and it’s not exactly a bold prediction, but coming into this year who would have thought that at this point in the season it would be LIKELY, let alone possible for two SEC West teams to finish 11-1 or 12-0 and 10-2? I know I didn’t expect it.
And what I meant to say was that whoever wins this game will win out, meaning that I think Alabama HAS to beat LSU if they want a chance at the SEC/BCS Championship.
Great...
