Kiffin reprimanded by SEC--again

I saw on the Finebaum website that Kiffin has been reprimanded by SEC Commissioner Slive again, for Kiffin's post game incorrect rant, where he claimed the officials blew the call by not penalizing Bama and letting TN kick it again.  First question:  What is the punishment, if there is one, for repeated screw ups like this?  How many times can Kiffin run his big mouth, insult people who are right, be dead wrong, and have no consequences, excpet a verbal reprimand.  Is there a point, acccording to the rules, that he gets more than a hand slap?

Secondly, Danielson was on and he was defending, not only his misstatement, but also Kiffin's.  Danielson claimed that Kiffin probably checked with a "friend ref," who probably told him that was correct.  Finebaum pointed out that Kiffin was still claiming this almost 24 hours later.  What Finebaum didn't mention was that an SEC spokesperson had commented as of about 11 P.M. that you don't get to kick it again.  So, assuming Kiffin (or some of his keepers)can read, he couldn't still think he was correct.

Also, what about his insinuation that we sabotaged his headsets?

Is it too much to expect that if a head coach of an SEC team doesn't know the rules, either about recruiting or about the game itself, that they hire someone to check the facts for him?

Let us not forget...

that Coach Doogie has guaranteed a Vol victory next year. It is never too early to start hating the University of Tennessee.

Didn't you hear me say God bless George Washington, God bless my mother? What kinda Injun would say a fool thing like that?

If Kiffin were

to get suspended for a game the only one that would hurt is the Vol’s opponet for that game. Kiffin, given a chance, will mess up a fairly talented group of Vol. players.

He played it way too conservative with a 1st down on the 27,45 seconds left, a tired D on the ropes, and a kicker whom he knew had a sore leg. Plus that kicker he had just had one blocked from almost the exact same spot.!!

But he is too dumb to consider the possibilities that it could happen again. Instead he was probably texting his wife as the clock ran down asking her what she was going to be wearing as he sang Rocky Top all night long.

So, suspending Kiffin is no punishment for UT. Now if they suspended his daddy that might hurt. But, I would suggest they just make him wear his Oakland Raiders shirt to coach the game and put vaseoline in his hair.

I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.

Kiffin did . . .

. . . mess it up, took no chances with 45 seconds left? Not a single quick slant or fly sweep or screen or draw? Now he’s blaming the refs saying he didn’t want them to screw him.

You know what they say, no balls, no baby.

Nut up or get off the damned field, his antics are possibly excusable as he tries to rebuild the wreckage at UT, maybe, only this year though; if he’s this whiny and classless next year, Steve Spurrier will have to get busy to maintain his most hated status ever in SEC lore.
