117 Punt-return yards needed by Alabama CB Javier Arenas to break Lee Nalley's SEC career record of 1,695 yards set at Vanderbilt from 1947-49. Arenas needs 182 yards to break Wes Welker's NCAA career punt-return record of 1,767 yards set at Texas Tech from 2000-03.

I didn't realize that Javier was that close to breaking the records, so hopefully he can get it. Even though he has yet to break the big one yet this year -- and though he did have one long one called back -- he has averaged around 45 punt return yards per game this year, and if he can stay healthy he has at least another five games remaining, and hopefully six if we can win the West.

is going to hard if people keep blocking in the back and negate his 50 to 60 yard punt returns.
Needs a little editing
This is going to hard ifpeopleCorey Reamer keep blocking in the back and negate his 50 to 60 yard punt returns. But it’s hard to be mad at Reamer too long because he is playing lights out on the defensive side of the ball

needed for Javy to pass the 6,000 yard record for kick yards called back on penalties. Javy is just amazing, just flat out amazing. Just think of his numbers if we didn’t have a block in the back or hold called on every other kick return. Not saying that a bunch of these calls were completely bogus though, because many have been VERY QUESTIONABLE. But I forgot we were the team that gets all the calls and should be looked into for conspiracy. hahahaha
