Courtney Upshaw Sentenced to Anger Management

For his "youthful indiscretion," both Courtney Upshaw and Kendall Grzyb were ordered to take anger management classes.
You may remember Upshaw's arrest a few weeks ago.

FTA: "A police officer said he saw Upshaw grab the woman's forearm and push her away after she attempted to hit him in the face."

Upshaw received some serious playing action recently, and has proved himself to be a tremendous asset to the team. Hopefully, he can learn to control his rage and continue excelling at Alabama.

Best way to manage

anger is to take it out on the other team and then leave it there.

I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
