Alabama drops to #3 in the AP

For those who believe that the Tide's high ranking has effected their performance can feel a sense of releif with our dropping in the AP poll. It's ironic that after week 5 Alabama was ranked #3 and we were getting national attention. The following three weeks Bama enjoyed a rise in the AP to #1 and back to # 2. Like a delayed reaction to the Tide's performance on the field, the last three weeks have seen a regression in performance. Granted our strength of competion has increase, one cannot deny a sense of "letting our success go to our heads".

Hopefully this will ground the Tide and return the hunger that they possessed at the beginning of the season. I don't mind allowing 21 points to LSU as long as we score 50. Regained focus and rest is all we can hope for and going foward, I don't care if the Gameday crew shows up at all our remaining games, we must remain hungry and keenly focused on the prize.

I would love to see Timmy crying on the field in Atlanta, as he did after the Ole Miss game last year.

ROLL TIDE !!!

If we win out we are

in the NC game. That is all that counts.

If we lose a game on the way but still win the SEC I think Oregon would jump us if we are 12-1.

I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.

Just Win Baby...

Even though I’m NOT a Raiders fan, Al’s mantra is mine from now until Jan 8, 2010: “JUST WIN BABY”
