Big news from Alabama's practice field this afternoon was that senior Colin Peek is attempting to practice with a brace on his knee. Though Peek was clearly being limited from usual drills, he was moving around to test the knee, which was a sign that the Crimson Tide's starting tight end plans to be a part of Saturday's game against LSU.
Seems to me like Peek is going to play in this one with a sprained MCL, but he will do so at well below 100%, much like Terrence Cody did against LSU a year ago.

I think he will play
but I don’t think he will be a factor. If he is at 80% or even 90% then LSU can and will cover him. GMac doesn’t throw to covered receivers.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
