Those uni’s have been hideous for decades.

you guys are gonna hate on teh all purple. I like it. And the all orange too. just my opinion though.
all purple looks good
But it’s strange to me that they don’t seem to have a standard home uni.

Vikings uniforms looked cool all those years that Clemson’s uni’s sucked.

I don’t know why Nike didn’t incorporate some of that in this uni…
the FSU Riflery kit was the best…

Every Bama fan should write a handwritten letter to Saban to thank him for not joining
in this total demeaning of every (most) major college branding. Nike is not the brand the college colors are. Don’t let some jersey provider dictate what your college is going to present on the field. One example is I saw a clip from the Ohio State Michigan game last week and I had to do a double take on one of the biggest rivaleries in football just because I didn’t reconize the uni’s.
Saban keep protecting Bama’s branding and others work on getting yours back from Nike and others.
Did you hear? Tennessee are getting new uniforms again. All orange with accessories for the hands and legs!
granted, some colleges should not do anything to their uniforms...
Bama, PSU, ND, Mich…these are classic looks that incorporate the history and tradition of these schools…
but I think you’re living a little in the past…Nike makes some great improvements in not only the aesthetics, but also in the safety of college football – the new Nike Combat gear is an excellent addition to safety…
anywho, Nike isn’t perfect, but the addtition of the Riflery unis (a one-off kit BTW) and others only enhances the fun of college football…

I live alot in the past look at my logo for goodness sake.
Hell I think the loose tear away jerseys still look the best on the field. Just go you tube any games from the early eighties and the unis look great! For just about everyone.
I am for all the safety just make it to look like Alabama and not state tech community u.
