Pretty

Sure they could have found a better pic of MI. At least one of him breaking a tackle.

Auburn fans are like slinkys... not really good for anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I like the pic

It looks like he just landed a vicious left hook on the reader’s FACE, and this is your view as you you fall backwards. The trainers will be out to attend to you shortly.

Around Miles she looks like she’s drink-guarding and around Nutt, she looks like someone starting into the vortex of space/time.

The thing about that game was the final drive.

96,000 people in that stadium knew that the ball wasn’t leaving Ingram’s hands and Carolina still couldn’t do stop him.

That is why it was awesome.

Let’s have some of that on Friday!

"So I want everybody to think here for a second, how much does this game mean to you? 'Cause if it means something to you, you can't stand still. You understand? You play fast! You play strong! You go out there and dominate the man you're playing against, and you make his ass quit! That's our trademark! That's our M.O.... as a team! That's what people know us as!" - Coach Nick Saban before the 2008 LSU game.

Nice, should help with the Heisman PR.........right?

After an official review of both Alabama and auburn I’ve come to this conclusion. These two teams aren’t in the slightest way similar at all. One hits you in the mouth and the other from behind.

I love me some MI...

But am I the only one that thinks “Carlton” when you see him in a tie? As soon as they put up a picture of him smiling Tom Jones starts running through my head.

And, in a related story, this week marked the 5,000th performance of the Broadway musical "Cats." It also marked the 5,000th time a guy turned to his wife and said, "What the hell is this?"

Why in the hell do the writers have to mention that...

Mark Ingram’s father is in prison?
What does that have to do with anything?

Why doesn’t Selena Roberts reveal the fact that she has STDs, who gives a shit. It’s just anyother way to bring down the Alabama football program. SI aught to be ashame.

I actually liked it and in some ways it probably helps his Heisman chances more than the traditional recount of what he did in various games. Liked that they played up the Alabama no-Heisman angle too.

by wey on Nov 24, 2009 6:48 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

this is less about him going for heisman

then it is about him overcoming adversity

next to the pretty boy perfect images that Colt McCoy and Tebow present, this season established in a quiet and deliberate manner while facing that adversity with poise, while still managing to produce big numbers for an undefeated team, could win over a lot of votes

Terrence Cody eats your field goal!

one of the things i love about this is how

we’ve known pretty much from the VT game that ingram was going to have one hell of a year if he kept doing his thing each week. and by the kentucky game it was clear this was a heisman-caliber year due to that consistency. it’s been fun watching everyone else slowly figure it out and then have this sudden epiphany about the guy after that south carolina blowout.

welcome to bandwagon everyone, there’s lots of room for you all. hop on, sit back, enjoy.
