I've had a bad feeling in my stomach since the rumors of Urban Meyer going to Notre Dame. I'm browsing the blogs today and ESPN when that feeling became a severe pain. The rumors have broke ice and now the BS has started. What makes a coach leave a winning program? Is it all about the money? We need to pull together and show him that we want him to stay. Please, please Coach Saban. DON'T LEAVE US!

Coach Saban’s name has not surfaced for the Notre Dame job or any other opening. He is not going anywhere. He is not a money-grubbing gypsy bandit.
For that matter, Urban Meyer is very unlikely to leave Florida.

Just checked ESPN website
and didn’t find a single article which rumors Saban the ND. The only ones which bring up Saban all say he has a better job right now and it wouldn’t make any sense. If newbie “Bamaboyroll” isn’t an aubie, he’ll post a link to the article which got his panties in a twist. I’m not holding my breath.

The only suggestion I've seen about it...
is a joke from EDSBS. Other than that I think only LSU fans could possibly think there’s any chance of Saban leaving a successful Alabama team that pays him s@#%loads of money for a crappy ND team that pays him s@#$loads of money.

Yes I joined today because when I read the blogs and ESPN I immediately googled bama football blogs to see what was being said there. As I said before, I sincerely hope he stays and was simply trying to get more information on the rumors. I didn’t ask for a bashing.

Plus, what coach really wants that mess anyway? They haven’t been able to keep anybody since Holtz left, and he quit because he was fed up with the bs. Davies was fired. O’leary never saw the field, but probably would not have lasted long. Willingham got the axe after 3 years, and the Shoney’s big boy somehow squeezed 5 years out of it. Plus, this marks the first time that the Irish canned one of their own. So, who would really want to go? I think Franphony is available!

second ND has way too many cooks in the kitchen. Why in the crap would Saban who runs the show at Bama and has full use of the UA jet and country club memberships etc… go to south ben (Notice there isn’t any D) and be told what to do by everyone who has graduated from ND and knows how to spell football. Plus recruiting is a mess there. How many star athletes carry a 3.0 or higher. That place is a mess It doesn’t fit Sabans style. Barner!

I don’t think Saban is going anywhere, but you could’ve written very, very similar post (and many did) about Saban and ’Bama before he came to Tuscaloosa.
