"He had 15 rushing touchdowns, 11 receiving, three on punt returns, two on interceptions an one on a kickoff, for a total of 32. For what it’s worth, he also had six two-point conversions.
"On defense, he was over 90 tackles with six interceptions—four of those went for touchdowns. He also had three tackles for loss, two caused fumbles, one recovered fumble and a sack."
"As good as he is, I like him better as a person than a player. Alabama is getting a player who will help their team, because he’s a team player first."
Stan Olson: Allen picks Crimson Tide over Clemson, Oregon
That quote comes from Northern Guilford head coach Johnny Roscoe regarding his star player, Alabama commitment Keenan Allen. Oh yes, I'm liking this one already...

I got a chance to see this guy play
Well, I didn’t know who he was at the time, I was just watching a HS game with some friends of mine who graduated from Nothern Guilford (I live right on the county line between Guilford and Forsyth) and he was very, very good. I don’t know much about him, but he played great when I saw him, though I didn’t know until seeing this that he was that good.

It's never blasphemy if they're wearing crimson!
I sure wasn’t complaining when JPW broke all the Bama greats’ passing records. If one Bama player can upstage another one and both go down in history, that’s just fine with me…bring on the national championships!
