"I'm just hoping that I don't kicked, 'cause the dogs get treated better than me when I go home," he said. "It was my anniversary yesterday and I forgot. I didn't know what day it was. Things are not going real well right now for me. I tried to buy a present. I made a nice card. I did a lot of things.
"There's a few things you ought to know. When I go recruiting for two straight weeks, I kind of lose track of the date and the time. I have a wonderful wife. She's very understanding and very supportive ... and I wish her a happy anniversary, even though it's a day late and probably a dollar short."
Don Kausler, Jr.: Saban has been so busy he forgot his anniversary
Well, as much as I hate it for Terry, I imagine this bodes well for our chances in Pasadena and on National Signing Day. So busy recruiting and getting ready for Texas that you forget the anniversary? Sounds like someone doing what it takes to win, on the football field anyway. Cue the ol' Bryant quote about the price of victory being high...

A real coaches wife
understands this and I think Terry Saban is a real coaches wife.
I’d like to see the card he made.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
God...
Why is it that everything read that has a quote from Saban makes me happy as hell? The man is the best thing I can remember happening to the beautiful town I call home during the school year…

Dear God...
Why is it that everything I read that has a quote from Saban makes me happy as hell? The man is the best thing I can remember happening to the beautiful town I call home those months that I’m taking classes since I was 4 and we won that ’92 championship…

Dear Terry Saban
We as Bama Fans love you for the great sacrifices that you and your family have made while bringing our football program back to prominence, Once again, we love , y"all very much.
'Mark Ingram' is the Heisman Winner!
This is awesome
and the major reason I didn’t pursue a career coaching major college football when the path was open to me.
MATRIX: Bennett, I thought you were--
BENNETT: Dead? You thought wrong. Ever since you had me thrown out of the unit, I've been waiting to pay you back. Do you know what today is, Matrix? Payday.
Nick needs help
First we learn that he has day old coffee every morning and now that no one on his staff keeps track fo this stuff. I am going to quit practicing law and go work for UA (I should be paid a lot for this) and work at Nick’s Quality of Life Specialist. How many of you would write a rec letter to Mal Moore to hire me to stay out of Nick;s way, while making sure his coffee is fresh, his Debbie cakes are not past the expiration date, all birthdays and anniversaries are remembered, a list of wonderful suggested presents, etc.?

Next year,
I’m sure there will be a graduate assistant in charge of the calendar.
