Trip to Pasadena

I know its still early, but i wanted to see if anyone was heading to Pasadena for the BCS Championship Game. I will be there, although i do not have a ticket for the game. I lucked into scheduling a required trip to Irvine, CA for work around the national championship...so this trip is on the boss!!
Anyhow, hopefully we'll have a good RBR showing and can all meet up and celebrate (hopefully celebrate number 13!!)

I live in Vegas now, so I feel I would be crazy not to go…although I do not have tix yet, but I have been looking all morning.

Man, I don’t think I could have dreamed this up any better! I am on my third stint living in Los Angeles . When I left my hometown for third time a couple years back, I was like what in the hell? Back to Cali again?!! Well, it’s true, god works in mysterious ways – maybe this is my calling, third time is a charm, etc… to see the beloved TIDE whip up on Texas is more than I can ask for!! With that said, if any of the TIDE fans want info on cities to stay in (and cities’ NOT to stay in…..let’s chat online here! I will be more than honored to assist in any way possible! FWIW, I watched the game at the bar for the UF Alumni Club of SoCal with a friend from work (he’s a gator) – MAN, were they pissed! Luckily I go about 6’4" and 255 – so I was ok….Look forward to chattin and again welcome to Kalifornia!!! RTR

We are wanting to go no matter what. We have people we know all along the way for free night stops. We are thinking of trying to get a convoy to head out there about on the 3rd. We have to be back by Monday morning since we are all missing school for the game.

Thinking of leaving the 3rd and returning the 10th with maybe a one night stop in Austin both ways. Caravan?

I ordered my tix from Tide Pride as soon as the order from came out about a month ago. Hopefully, I get them, will find out tomorrow. The only thing that would keep me out is my lower TP point total(been a Century Club member for 6 years). Y’all cross your fingers for me.
