NCAA '09 anyone?

So '10 will be out soon (i'm sure), and we're in the dead midst of crappy offseason, so we should amuse ourselves. I've always wanted to do this online EA Sports thing, and would be glad to school any takers (look at my NCAA BB bracket for the fruition of such bold pronouncements!).

Anyway, anyone online and up for a game sometime? And, if so, how the $%^& do you do it? I've got a PS2 btw (yes, cheap, I know, but i'm riding over 120K of student loans!)

I did that a few times. In ’09 on Xbox at least you can KILL people with west virginia. Option Right, Option Left, Pass. Repeat lol.

I know a lot of people who do it. I don’t understand it though, kinda kills the fun factor. I like using USC or UCLA’s play book.

Yes there is, I usually use the 4-2-5 or the a 3-2-6, People think I’m crazy but If you use your LB’s and CB’s right you can shut that Offense down in a heartbeat, Of course it’s best to use a team that has LB’s in the speed range of 82 or so, I stayed up all night finding a way to stop it, Play against the comp’ on All-American or Heisman a few times to get used to the playbook, Then you’ll woop their ass, For what it’s worth I always play a pro style offense.

anyone can return the ball to AT LEAST the 25/30 no matter what.

A lot of people have issues with that.

Because...

the kick return game sux, But yes this has been the best one yet, EA Sports needs to add in coaching changes and go a little more in depth to make the Dynasty mode a little more of a challenge, Like so you can hire a full staff of coaches, That would take away alot of time on recruiting and whatnot, the recruiting is fun, But I’ve seen a certain player give soft verbals to 3 diff’ schools including myself, And then commit somewhere else that didn’t even offer, That’s b/s and it needs to be fixed asap.
