This has got to be the longest road name ever....if any of you out there have seen a longer road name let me know. I think they had to make the sign bigger just to accommodate the name! I'm almost done here in Kuwait and Iraq...I should be back by May and can't wait!! RTR!!

Welll...

I have been trying to get an Active Guard Reserve job in Kansas for about 5 years. A friend of mine from England is there and he is like family to me. I had an interview there before I came over here, but couldn’t take the job due to this deployment. They apparently have been waiting on my return to hire me. So, I will get out of Active duty when they hire me, and then re-enlist in the AGR. Its better for me since it is a stable base…meaning I wouldn’t have to move again, and no more deployments. Plus, I would still get all the same benefits as active duty would, and get a promotion out of it as well…more money. So not really getting out, just trying for a better situation…I want my 20 yrs of service…since I’m close to it already.
