Running back Mark Ingram, the Crimson Tide's leading returning rusher, was in a black jersey riding a bike. Ingram's exact injury is not clear, but for him to miss a scrimmage, figure it had to be fairly serious.

its serious. I would think coaches would be extra cautious with these early scrimmages.
