Devour The Volunteers Orange Coleslaw

 

Simple, tasty, unique coleslaw

 

Orange Coleslaw

3 lbs coleslaw mix (shredded mix in bag from stores works fine)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon mustard seed

Boil vinegar and sugar till dissolved-cool.  Combine all ingredients,
tossing occaisonally while it macerates in fridge, serve cold.
