If you want to walk the heavenly streets of gold, you gotta know the password, "Roll, tide, roll!"

Hey Bama returns
the government does’t fear we the people, not one bit.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
But, didn't you just have . . . . .
. . . . .a birthday last year? That’s weird!
FELIZ CUMPLEANOS A TI! QUE BUENO MI HIJO! TENGO FE EN TI. BRAVO ! NICO!

In Mexico. . .
. . .they call their friends, “compa” (short for compadre)
In Chile, we call our friends “hijos” (as in kid, boy, broheem)
I’m Chileno, not Mexican.

Subtle differences:
Mexico / Chile
Adios / Ciaosito goodbye
Viejo/a / Abo/a grandma
Salud / Bravo congratulations
Varying degrees of Spanish are spoken throughout Latin America. Like Argentina, Spanish in Chile is spoken in the Castillan-tongue. Rarely Bartholomew, the prevalent way of speaking it today. Spanish is static in Chile, hardly changes with the times- as it is doing now in the 21st century. My Spanish is the same as it was when my grandfather came over from Italy to speak it. Same words, same expressions. It seems “old fashioned” to some. A lot of Mexicans call me “maestro”??? I call them “paisas” (teacher, for me. peasants, for them)
