A recipe for Conspiracy
Collect the following:
- 1 part ill-conceived recruiting stunt
- 1 part now redacted bit of recruit smack talk
- 1 part high-profile recruit signing
- 1 part not-quite-so-high-profile recruit signing
Stir well and set aside.
- 1 part slow season interview with ousted OC
- 1 part Finebaum
Mix together until frothy.
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl of delusion and mix thoroughly. Put into pre-heated oven and remove only when completely half baked. Season with indignation and speculation. Serve immediately.

To
be fair though, TET and AU fans in general can put just about any combination of ingredients together to cook Conspiracy Stew.

I
understand what JC is saying about media bias in politics, anybody who doesn’t acknowledge the obvious slant on both sides is blind, dumb or both. But to equate this to Auburn and Alabama football I think is a stretch. The reason TF makes news for this is because:
1. People are still interested
2. He is the only coach from Tubby’s staff who will talk
3. He is a reporter’s dream because he is candid
4. The things he says regarding AU Admins seems credible
And not to nitpick:
Is it just me or is it ironic that just days before the NCAA is expected to come down hard on the Alabama program for player violations
Who says that? Now who’s spinning Jay? And what exactly are player violations?
Why not do a reunion with Mike Price and the girls from Arty’s or maybe do a best of with Gene Jelks and Antonio Langham? For that matter, let’s invite author James Kirby in and have a discussion on whether Bear Bryant and Georgia’s Wally Butts really fixed the 1962 season opener between the two schools.
Stupid point he’s trying to make here. Of all the examples of dirty laundry he gives, the most recent is Mike Price, which was done to death. And that was 7 years ago. The Tuberville/TF debacle JUST HAPPENED less than a year ago, so its STILL relevant. Especially since all of this stemmed from an AD and BOT that are still in charge today, so how is this not relevant?
Is it possible the NCAA might be dropping the hammer harder than some in Alabama circles originally thought? In light of the ramped up attacks on Auburn this past week, what are the chances the NCAA goes public this week?
“Dropping the hammer?” We are truely in the no spin zone.
Call me hypersensitive…
Understatement of the century.

Eh
jay is a hack. They have some pretty decent and interesting guys on TET, but he certainly isn’t one of them. I could read his articles or the ingredients on a bag of fertilizer, runs about the same depth but the fertilizer actually has facts to back it up (although they are both grounded in bull shit).

Wow
Jay really has gone off the deep end…When the season actually starts, he will be a regular caller on the Alex Jones show complaining of the NWO’s scheme to ruin Auburn football.
He’s been off the deep-end for a while. SBN would be better off letting WEA run the show over there and asking Jay to take a hike.
So true...
Even though he roots for the WRONG team, at least WEA is creative and frequently funny.
You had me at "ROLL TIDE"!!!

Its
bad when TET posters are telling him he’s reading too much into something negative about Auburn.

aluminum foil
When I was a young lawyer, I used to enjoy being assigned to represent “the alleged nut” in commitment hearings. After a few years, I noticed that every single one of them who claimed to communicate with ET’s would wrap him/her self in foil. It was so 100% consistent, that I started to wonder…. I need to add that I personally do not engage in any foil activities that do not involve food on a grill…. Maybe that’s the deal with Jay.

you forgot one minor item.
a generous 2 cup portion of envy. .
Oooohhhhh I see what you did there.
