TE Vogler to choose between Bama, Oklahoma today
"Brian Vogler, a 6-foot-7, 245-pound rising senior at the Brookstone School in Columbus, has narrowed his choices down to Alabama and Oklahoma. The smart money should go down on the Crimson Tide. Lane Johnson, a 6-foot-6, 252-pound tight end from Groverton, Texas, committed to the Sooners Tuesday night."
Vogler is set to announce his decision today at noon, so fingers crossed.

I
haven’t read much on him. Can we get a highlight video up after he announces? Providing of course he goes where we think he will…

No highlight videos on the YouTubes...
….but if anyone can find an embed from somewhere else post a link and we’ll pull it.
This would be huge...
I think last year we saw, with our serviceable tight ends, that if we get some folks with hands, Mac will get them the ball.

Not
to mention the spring game. Our TE’s looked good going 3 deep.

Voger
So the main competition for Volger just took a commitment from another TE, and are barely acknowledging that he is even considering Oklahoma. Where would you place the money?
