Who will be the favor to win?  I think Alabama should be favored.  With that said, we lost our QB and more than half of the O-line.  We will also have to replace 3 starters on defense.  Virginia Tech won the ACC and the Orange Bowl to end their season so I believe the talking heads at ESPN and the media will actually lean toward VA Tech being the favored to win.  Also, in most pre-season polls that I've seen, Virgina Tech is ranked a bit higher.  In a way, I am actually hoping we're the underdogs (see Clemson last season).  What are your thoughts?  Predictions?
