Straight from the Bama Beat twitter feed, Upshaw will not be suspended and, per Saban, is "as fine a young man as we have on our team." I'm still not happy with the way Upshaw conducted himself here (I don't care how many times a girl slaps you and storms off, you do not chase her down in a parking lot, grab her by the back of the neck and push her) and hope this has opened his eyes to the proper way to conduct himself when dealing with the fairer sex, but if all parties directly involved are willing to let this go and move on, then so be it.
