I’m taking 2 bottles of Scotch, a “jar of bit ’o honey”, all 6 pairs of shorts & trunks, a dinner suit (4 dress shirts/i’ll mix it up a bit), slacks, jeans, a sweater & sweatshirt, dress shoes, new pair of Adidas running shoes (breaking ‘em in), sandals, butt-huggers, and absolutely NO SOCKS! I figure I’ll just buy my body&face essentials for hygiene on board, plus a bathrobe. Those are always fun to buy. . . .they usually have the cruise ship’s name on ‘em (’sides. . . .my other 3 have been surreptitiously pilfered from me)

Oh yeah, a passport helps! (had to get mine next-day-aired on Wed. . . I couldn’t find it anywhere and I just used it this past winter!)

Can’t wait for an epic “head” massage! The cruise-liners have the best personnel, in my opinion. (it’s a real head massage. it’s so retarded awesome. one time i passed out and woke up crying like a baby. . . .it was THAT good. i love the part when they put a jillion little boiling hot towelettes on my head, and the smell of all that gooey weird head/hair oil-weird-mix that they got going is soporific if not insanely lovely and lavendar-ly nice smelling!)

I’m so gonna spend some money on this trip. Anyone know of a good hatter (or hatmaker) in Mazatlan, preferably specializing in (Ecuadorean-trained/quality) Panama-hats? I’ve been in the market for a Panama, lately.

(what about cologne? any good ones these days. i don’t have anything and i wouldn’t have the slightest idea what to buy. ah. . . fuggitaboutit, i’ll just spray some on from some boutique on board the ship when/if need be. I feel I’m getting a tad bit “overly invested” in packing for this small excursion?)
