This may be the only way to curb the NCAA

I don't think there's a more aggrieved fanbase thatn ours. However, Florida State's is a close second right now. It is obvious (especially in light of the no-calls against ND, UcheaT, and USC) that the NCAA is completely arbitrary and capricious in their handling of infractions.

How to stop them? Well, subject their grubby little process to to the scrutiny of some Sunshine Laws.

A judge says NCAA documents concerning academic cheating at Florida State University are public records.

While such a move undoubtedly creates embarassment for the offending institution, I will bet you that what it reveals about the NCAA's procedures, investigation, and deficiencies therein is helluva lot more damning.
