Tempebamafan...Is that You?

A driver has racked up dozens of speeding tickets in photo-radar zones on Phoenix-area freeways while sporting monkey and giraffe masks, and is fighting every one by claiming the costumes make it impossible for authorities to prove he was behind the wheel. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,549480,00.html?test=latestnews

brilliant!

man oh man our photo radar laws are beyond rediculously stupid… if he’s been served or acknowledged receiving the summons, then he’s mos def on the hook to have to appear and argue his case. i dont see how the state or city is even able to bring this in front a judge though if the drivers face is entirely obscured…

and for the record thats not me. my new photo radar policy is to simply smile for the camera and not stress, cause i wont ever be served again.

welcome to the SEC kiffykins...

$224

That’s how much I payed last month for running a red light at a monitored intersection. They send you the pic of yourself, and give you a link to watch yourself run the light on video!
