Especially since I had tickets to the game.

On the bright side...

Lane is going to get the doors blown off, and most of today’s games won’t be competitive? The night slate with WVU-AU and Ark-UGA will be much more interesting?

Question...

- McElroy’s last few passes in the FIU game… were they completions? How many?

by CrimsonWraith on Sep 19, 2009 11:50 AM CDT reply actions

If I'm correct...

McElroy’s 10 for 11; with the only incompletion being Dial’s drop… is that right?

by CrimsonWraith on Sep 19, 2009 11:52 AM CDT up reply actions

I'm loving the offense so far...

… and it’s obvious that the coaching staff is completely comfortable doing whatever they feel like doing. It’s not like last year where we were constantly trying to do one thing and avoid everything else.

Rod Woodson! Wow.

I think the technical term is that he broke it off in his ass.

Maybe North Texas

will ask the refs to run the clock.

Todd Dodge is really having a bad showing and it’s not because he’s losing, it’s because his players are playing without any fight and spirit. That’s on him.

It literally looks like they’ve given up and they’re just trying to get this game over with. No emotion. I know they’re getting blasted, but they’ve quit and that falls on the head coach. I don’t care who you’re playing. You don’t give up without a fight.

Great 3rd down call by Saban

Had Kareem Jackson (I think) come up to the LOS for what looked like a blitz off the left end. Jackson took a few steps toward the QB, but then immediately broke it off and curled out to cover the TE busting out for the screen. Totally blew up the screen and the QB panicked and threw it to the RB. I’d love to see that on replay.
