RBR Tailgating: Barbecued Turkey Legs
Every Friday I'm going to try and come up with an opponent specific, tailgating friendly* recipe and post it here. This week, turkey legs. Duh.

Ingredients:
4 to 6 turkey legs (one per person)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
dash of liquid smoke, if desired
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Preparation:
Sprinkle turkey legs with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Bake in a shallow baking pan at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until turkey legs are done.
* yes, I am aware this one calls for baking in the oven and not many people carry their ovens to the stadium. For those of you planning on tailgating in Atlanta, either prepare the barbecue sauce the night before and baste the legs on the grill about 5 minutes before they are done (don't do it too early, or the sauce will just burn), or just use your grill as an oven and follow directions as stated.

You always forget that Nebraska is a state until they pop up in the news about some guy who has 25 kids buried in his backyard

Fumbles. It was always Fumbles
That sounds good
First time I shot her, shot her in the side.
Hard to watch her suffer, but with the second shot she died...
and if you are wondering what to do with the rest of the turkey...
you can grill up the breasts and then use the rest of the carcass for a gumbo.
I hate to see his recipe
when we play the Gamecocks
I have to either stop drinking.... or drink more
