Do Me a Solid, People: Updated

How Could You Not Love This?

So every day at 1:00pm CST Rock 99.5 plays what they call the "Lost Classic" of the day.  It's supposed to be a classic song that doesn't ever get radio play and even though they have played a few songs I've never heard/haven't heard in forever, most of the time they are pretty popular tunes that anyone who has ever listened to classic rock radio has heard about a billion times in their life.  Take today's offering, Creedence's Lodi.  How on God's green Earth could anyone consider that song "lost?"  Anyway, you can send in requests/suggestions and I've been e-mailing and texting for The Band's rendition of Don't Do It for weeks now, all to no avail.  So here's where I need y'all's help.  You can go here and request it if you don't mind giving them your e-mail and such, or if you don't want to do that you can either call and request it (205-746-7625) or e-mail the host: jason.mack@citcomm.com.  Come on everyone, help me hear something besides one of Foreigner's lesser works.  I'm dying over here.

UPDATE: DAMN IT! Today's lost classic was Zeppelin's "Gallows Pole," which isn't so bad. I love Zeppelin, and that's a song you don't hear often on the radio so it fits. Still, we're doing this again tomorrow until I hear Don't Do It on the radio. Be prepared...
