After watching the game a second time even though painful as hell. I saw several instances where our defenders were standing flat footed while the plays were still live. They seemed confused from time to time and also out of sync which explains some of the score. We know the defense is young and inexperienced and will make mistakes but, will improve and has improved. Having stated the obvious I have one question pertaining to our offense after watching the other side of the ball. Can we at least give AJ a shot behind center? It makes one really think when other teams don't have any fear of your QB and can key on the running game. I would like to see what AJ does with the football + 5 to 8 seconds in the pocket with our great receivers. I'm not knocking GMAC but, I would really like to see AJ get a shot.
