Terrible thing that happened here.  If there is anything good that can come from this situation its probably that it will bring more awareness to operating scissor lifts in a safer manner.  That said, this a tragic thing that has happened and a life wasted over something has silly as film study on a college football practice. 

I don't like Notre Dame at all, but that doesn't mean that I would wish this upon anyone.  You have to feel terrible for the family and friends, and if you have a moment wish them the best in whatever way you feel is appropriate.
